Apple iPhone 4gs 16gb - Brand New & Sealed (Vodafone) ?

A brand new factory sealed iphone 4g5 16gb phone for sale. The phone was bought from vodafone so i assume it is sim locked to vodafone although carphone warehouse have told me previously that the phones lock to the 1st sim card entered (i have not tried this though).
